Information
2 Houses under one roof!: The property has two separate dwellings connected by a roof walkway. The perfect lodging accommodations for two separate families traveling together or a large group. Both the brick country Cottage and the Modular Ranch have their own bathrooms and kitchen facilities allowing privacy, and independent or group cooking. The Cottage is a lovely single bedroom with a double bed and full sized sleeper sofa. This part of the house will easily sleep four. The Cottage also has a propane gas fireplace; great for fall and winter getaways. The Ranch Modular section contains the washer and dryer units for your laundry. Please feel free to phone Brant to discuss the property in further detail so you fully understand the arrangements.
Other Activities: Swatara Creek & play ground with in walking distance of the house. House is within ½ mile of Hershey Park and a few miles to other Hershey attractions. Due to the houses’ accessibility to major highways and its’ central location you can easily plan a variety of day trips around the area to: Lancaster Amish Country, Hershey & Lancaster Outlet malls, downtown Harrisburg, Strasburg Railroad, Washington D.C., Baltimore, Philadelphia, Pittsburg, and on and on.

The full house is over 1,200 square feet. It is divided between a brick one bedroom, one bathroom country Cottage (approx. 600 square feet) and a connected two bedroom Modular Ranch house with one bathroom (this portion of the house is approx. 675 square feet). Both sections of the house have separate kitchen facilities (stove, oven, microwaves and refrigerators). When renting you receive access to both sections of the house (Cottage & Modular section). The Ranch Modular section of the house has laundry machines. A great property for two families or family with in-laws traveling together who would like additional privacy. A screen/window enclosed Florida sun-room is attached; great for a family cookout should the weather turn bad. The backyard is small but very private for family gatherings and cookouts. A large two-car covered parking area on the front of the Cottage will protect your cars from the hot sun or precipitation. Pack & Play crib and high chair are available upon request. |

Directions from Hershey Park
- Follow N. Rt39 away from Hershey Park and Giant Center
- After crossing over the Swatara Creek make the next left on to Canal Rd.
- Follow Canal to stop sign, turn left and immediately right
- The Cozy Corner is the 3rd house on the right!
